Are you looking for work and not sure where to start? JobRoad helps you discover your talents, strengthen your position and get in touch with employers.
JobRoad works with organizations that guide you toward work, such as a job coach, pathway counselor, VDAB or OCMW (public social welfare center). You take part through a referral from your counselor.
Interested? Discuss it with your counselor. Together with you, they can see whether JobRoad is a good fit and sign you up for a pathway.

Preparing for work
Through workshops and exercises, you learn more about the labor market, vacancies and applying for jobs. That way, you look for a job with more confidence.
Contact with employers
We put you in touch with companies, for example through meet-ups or targeted job applications. That gives you opportunities you might not otherwise come across.
