Intermediary organizations

Together we get people moving toward work

Are you a local government, or do you guide people toward work? JobRoad supports your work by activating talent and building bridges to employers.

Our approach

Every organization, target group and region is different. That’s why JobRoad always starts from the context of your work. We connect with existing pathways and strengthen them with a practical, results-oriented approach.

We combine individual guidance, labor market orientation and direct contacts with employers. In doing so, we look not only at barriers, but above all at talents, motivation and growth opportunities. This is how we help job seekers see their possibilities more clearly, formulate realistic job goals and take steps toward work.

Our approach is complementary to that of intermediary organizations. We don’t take over pathways, but complement them where that adds value.

What JobRoad means for you

Strengthening individual pathways

We guide job seekers in addition to your own work and help them take steps toward work. We focus on talent, motivation and concrete opportunities.

Workshops for job seekers

Interactive workshops help participants gain insight into the Belgian labor market and various sectors. They discover which competencies matter and learn how to read vacancies correctly.

Intake and matchmaking activities

We organize accessible meetings between job seekers and employers. This creates concrete opportunities and matches in a realistic context.
