data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><em>Le projet&nbsp;\u00ab\u2009Refugees2work\u2009\u00bb vise \u00e0 promouvoir l\u2019int\u00e9gration des demandeurs de protection internationale (\u00e9galement appel\u00e9s demandeurs d\u2019asile). Dans l\u2019attente d\u2019une r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 leur demande d\u2019asile, ces candidats s\u00e9journent principalement dans les centres d\u2019accueil collectif de Fedasil et d\u2019autres partenaires. Ce temps d\u2019attente peut \u00eatre combl\u00e9 plus utilement en accompagnant le groupe cible sur le march\u00e9 du travail. En effet, le fait d\u2019avoir un emploi permet une meilleure int\u00e9gration, la cr\u00e9ation de r\u00e9seaux et une acquisition plus ais\u00e9e de la langue. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>En 2021, JobRoad&nbsp;<\/em><i>iVZW<\/i><em>, mandat\u00e9e par Fedasil, a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une \u00e9tude sur les possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019activation du groupe cible. L\u2019\u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e en collaboration avec HIVA, l\u2019Institut de recherche sur le Travail et la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9, affili\u00e9 \u00e0 la KU Leuven. En 2022, cinq \u00e9v\u00e9nements de mise en relation furent organis\u00e9s pour mettre en contact le groupe cible avec les entreprises situ\u00e9es \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 des centres d\u2019accueil. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>C\u2019est sur la base de cette exp\u00e9rience que le projet&nbsp;Refugees2work a vu le jour. Dans le cadre de ce projet, JobRoad&nbsp;<\/em><i>iVZW<\/i><em>&nbsp;et Accent unissent leurs forces pendant trois ans pour organiser quatre actions de mise en relation par an en Belgique, \u00e0 partir de 4 centres d\u2019accueil collectif en Flandre, \u00e0 Bruxelles ou en Wallonie. Ce projet est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec le soutien financier de l\u2019UE (AMIF), en collaboration avec Fedasil. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Les actions de mise en relation men\u00e9es dans le cadre de ce projet suivent un mod\u00e8le JobRoad- 3 \u00e9tapes adapt\u00e9&nbsp;: <\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong><em> Ateliers \u2013 les entreprises &amp; les candidats<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>Les entreprises situ\u00e9es \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 des centres d\u2019accueil collectif sont inform\u00e9es du potentiel sous-utilis\u00e9 du groupe cible. Les entreprises exposent leurs postes vacants aux collaborateurs de JobRoad et s\u2019engagent \u00e0 rencontrer les candidats pendant la semaine de projet sans exiger de CV (\u2018recrutement \u00e0 l\u2019aveugle\u2019). Les entreprises et les organisations interm\u00e9diaires se voient proposer un atelier \u2018La vie d\u2019un r\u00e9fugi\u00e9\u2019. Cet atelier explique les particularit\u00e9s du groupe cible afin de cr\u00e9er une int\u00e9gration ais\u00e9e des candidats retenus. Au cours de la premi\u00e8re phase, au groupe cible lui-m\u00eame est \u00e9galement propos\u00e9 un atelier traitant le march\u00e9 du travail belge et sa culture . De cette mani\u00e8re se cr\u00e9e une compr\u00e9hension et un cadre mutuels. <\/em><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong><em> Screening &amp; Matching \u2013 les candidats<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>Les candidats sont s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s par l\u2019\u00e9quipe de JobRoad et associ\u00e9s aux postes vacants dans les entreprises participantes. Notamment, leur motivation, capacit\u00e9 d\u2019apprentissage, exp\u00e9rience et leurs comp\u00e9tences sont prises en compte. En plus, on v\u00e9rifie l\u2019acc\u00e8s juridique et on le discute avec les candidats. <\/em><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong><em> Semaine de projet \u2013 l\u2019introduction<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>Pendant la semaine de projet, JobRoad accompagne les candidats s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s dans les entreprises participantes. L\u2019exploration du lieu de travail leur donne toutes les informations sur les postes vacants. Plus tard dans la journ\u00e9e, les candidats rencontrent individuellement le responsable des ressources humaines de l\u2019entreprise. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Pour les candidats non retenus \u00e0 l\u2019issue de la semaine de projet, on continue \u00e0 explorer d\u2019autres opportunit\u00e9s au sein du r\u00e9seau d\u2019entreprises de JobRoad (entreprises ambassadrices) et Accent. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><u style=\"color: #2d0c1b; font-family: 'Avenir Next'; font-size: 16px; text-align: left;\">Soutien du Fonds Asile, Migration et Int\u00e9gration (<strong>AMIF<\/strong>)&nbsp;:<\/u><span style=\"text-align: left;\"><font color=\"#2d0c1b\" face=\"Avenir Next\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> Une subvention d\u2019un montant maximum de 400\u2009907,54&nbsp;euros a \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9e \u00e0 JobRoad ASBL. Le co\u00fbt total du projet est estim\u00e9 \u00e0 534\u2009 543,39&nbsp;euros. La p\u00e9riode du projet s\u2019\u00e9tend de 01\/2023 \u00e0 12\/2025. Le groupe cible sont les habitants des centres collectifs.
