The focus is on targeted job hunting and personal support, with attention to independence and strengthening the candidate\u2019s own competencies.<\/p>\n<h2>Who is it for?<\/h2>\n<p>For clients of the Welzijnshuis Roeselare (the city\u2019s welfare center) who are referred by their social worker and are ready to take steps toward work.<\/p>\n<h2>How does the pathway work?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Referral &amp; getting acquainted &#8211; After the referral, we schedule an introductory meeting at the Welzijnshuis Roeselare within two weeks (on Tuesday or Thursday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.). We take the time to really get to know the candidate and look more closely at job targets and expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Screening &amp; matching<\/li>\n<li>During the screening, we map out soft skills such as motivation, interests and learning ability. We translate these into concrete job opportunities and also teach candidates to read and analyze vacancies themselves.<\/li>\n<li>Job hunting &amp; job applications &#8211; The job coach actively looks for sustainable job opportunities with inclusive employers, applying the blind hiring method. We provide candidates with intensive guidance during job interviews, prepare them on the basis of their competencies and support both the candidate and the employer. After each interview, we provide targeted feedback to further increase the chances of success.<\/li>\n<li>Aftercare &#8211; After the start, JobRoad remains closely involved for one month through follow-up conversations and workplace visits.
