Through a tailored pathway, we help candidates find their way to a sustainable job in the regular labor market.<\/p>\n<h2>Who is it for?<\/h2>\n<p>For clients of OCMW Antwerp who are in an activation pathway and are ready to take the step into work.<\/p>\n<h2>How does the pathway work?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Getting acquainted &#8211; We start with a personal conversation in which we explain the pathway and discuss expectations and job goals together.<\/li>\n<li>Insight into talents and opportunities &#8211; We map out competencies, interests and growth possibilities. On that basis, we define a realistic job target and explore the labor market.<\/li>\n<li>Group sessions &#8211; Candidates take part in sessions on the labor market, expectations and preparing for work.<\/li>\n<li>Active job hunting &#8211; We search for vacancies in a targeted way through our network of employers and partners, and support candidates in independently finding and understanding job opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Guidance with job applications &#8211; We prepare candidates for job interviews and accompany them where needed. In this way, we increase their chances of a successful match.<\/li>\n<li>Start and aftercare &#8211; After a successful hire, we remain involved for another month.
