JobRoad is part of the House of HR group, which comprises various companies active in the field of staffing and human resources. These include the following Belgian brands: Accent, CTRL-F, Nowjobs, Sixie and Talent Lab. JobRoad will share the personal data it processes with other companies within the House of HR group in the context of intra-group cooperation and\/or intra-group services in order to improve, facilitate and simplify the activities and services of JOBROAD and the House of HR group (for example ICT services, accounting, analyses and statistics, accounts receivable management, direct marketing, etc.).
In certain cases, JobRoad may act as joint controller together with other companies of the House of HR group:<\/p>\n
The joint controllers have entered into an agreement pursuant to Art. 26 of the GDPR setting out the specific rights, duties and responsibilities of each controller with regard to the joint controllership. This means that they then jointly determine the purpose and means of the processing of your personal data in the context of the aforementioned purposes. In this case, they are jointly responsible for compliance with the applicable data protection legislation. However, JobRoad remains your main point of contact, including for the exercise of your rights with regard to your personal data (for more information on exercising your rights, see Article 5).<\/p>\n
JobRoad may transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area in order to process the data in accordance with this privacy statement. For the following purposes, JobRoad transfers your personal data (mainly identification data) to parties located outside the European Economic Area: administration and management of staff and intermediaries, customer management and public relations. For these processing operations, adequacy decisions exist (UK, US), or JobRoad has concluded standard contractual clauses, carried out a transfer impact assessment and taken measures to reduce privacy risks (US).<\/p>\n
For further information in this regard, including on the measures taken by JobRoad in connection with the transfer of personal data outside the EEA, you can always contact JobRoad in accordance with Article 9.<\/p>\n
Article 5 \u2013 Your rights<\/p>\n
You always have the right to request JobRoad to provide access to, restrict, rectify or erase your personal data. You have the right to withdraw your consent, to object to the processing of the personal data or to request JobRoad to transfer these data.<\/p>\n
You can exercise your rights by contacting JobRoad (contact details can be found in Article 9). If JobRoad has reasonable doubts about your identity, JobRoad may ask you to prove your identity in order to prevent anyone from unlawfully gaining access to your data.<\/p>\n
